We had our 14th Technical Working Group meeting of the Joint Programme on Local Governance and Decentralized Service Delivery (JPLG), yesterday in Bur´o City, Togdheer.
The JPLG aims to strengthen local governance and to enhance decentralized service delivery in all the regions of Somaliland.
